In these terms and conditions ´a-care´ means DBB GRUPP filiāle Latvijā; and ´The Buyer´ means the purchaser of goods from ´a-care´ under these terms and conditions.

Only for Professionals webshop operates exclusively as a wholesaler, a-care does not sell directly to the General Public. All sales are to beauty professionals. All products sold on this website are intended for those qualified in the beauty trade (medical aesthetic clinic and beauty salons) and are for sale on a trade only basis. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website. Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by a-care, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using products or equipment supplied by a-care. As a business customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using and we reserve the right to ask you for proof of professional status.

Prices & General

Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery costs. It is possible that some of the products in our shop may be mis-priced. If a product´s correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product´s correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All offers are subject to stock availability. a-care reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order for application of credit at any time. a-care takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by a-care without notice. All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.

Your web-shop account

If you use webshop you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately. a-care reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

Your web-shop orders

When you place an order to purchase items from a-care webshop, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we despatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract. All products are subject to stock availability. however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server.

Delivery & Delivery charges

Our policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Orders must be received before 12.00 between, to be delivered the next working day (within Estonia). Next day delivery only applies to items that are in stock. Does not apply to items that are sent direct from a supplier, or large or heavy items. a-care can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. A-care can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-9 weeks for delivery, or up to 10-12 weeks for special order items.

If the total amount of goods ordered exceeds EUR 80,00 (VAT excl.) transport is free of charge.

If the total amount of goods ordered is less than EUR 80,00 (VAT excl.) transport fee is EUR 4,50 (VAT excl.)

These transport fees are only valid for goods delivered within Latvia. Special delivery charges will be quoted on request. This excludes any large or heavy items. Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; hydraulic chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches, large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items. This list is not complete.

Inspection of delivered goods & Returns

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to a-care within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please contact our office, phone +371 6756 8983, mon-fri 09.00-17.00 (9 AM-5.00 PM) to request a returns authorisation. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in it´s original packaging. Carriage for alternative items is to be paid for by The Buyer. A-care accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned. Refunds on large/heavy items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge. Collections for unsuitable items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge. Products which has been made to special order cannot be returned. Due to strict hygiene regulations, a-care cannot accept returns of items which have been used. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund. Please note any items that are sent direct from the manufacturer are non returnable if they are unsuitable. For more information please contact our office. Please be aware, postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.

You may not extract or reutilise part of the contents of the website without the written consent of a-care. a-care grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it except with the written consent of a-care. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller. Neither this website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of a-care.

Website reviews

You must be registered on a-care webshop to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be monitored before they are posted so please follow our guidelines. You can review any product for sale on must be relevant to the product in question.

Reviews will not be posted that contain:

• derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers, • content that might be considerd unlawful, defamatory, libellous, abusive, incendiary, racially or sexually offensive, or obscene • spamming or advertising. • personal information about anyone - including yourself

Force majeure

a-care shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.


All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer's warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Ownership status

All the goods remains the property of a-care and shall only pass from a-care to The Buyer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) to a-care.
